Riders submit trip details through Rydei’s New York request form. Dispatch reviews the itinerary, vehicle class, partner availability, and payment terms, then sends a secure deposit link when the request is approved. This New York workflow is separate from the Onde app used for Rydei’s local Putnam County rides.

Each airport page collects the airport-specific terminal, itinerary, passenger, luggage, vehicle, and contact details needed to review the request. The form does not collect payment-card numbers and does not create an automatic ride.

When is the $100 deposit charged?
The $100 deposit is requested only after dispatch approves the trip details and current availability. Rydei sends a secure Stripe payment link; the initial Formspree request never collects card information.
Does the $100 deposit reduce the final balance?
Yes. The $100 deposit is credited toward the approved trip balance. The remaining balance is due five business days before travel. For trips requested within four business days, the full approved amount is due after dispatch confirms availability.
What happens if I cancel my transfer?
Passenger cancellations made at least 24 hours before the trip receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours receive a 50% deposit refund. If Rydei cannot fulfill the approved trip, the deposit is fully refundable.
Is the first request a confirmed booking?
No. The request starts dispatch review. The trip is treated as confirmed only after Rydei communicates the approved option and terms and verifies any required payment.
